During our stay at 173 High Street, we were pleasantly surprised by the unique and charming accommodation. The room we stayed in was located on the upper floor of a century-old commercial building, which added a sense of adventure to our trip. The renovation of the building was done creatively, with a clean and modern design throughout. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, with a cozy sitting area and a large bathroom. The attention to detail was evident, with fresh flowers placed on the vanity. Being in the heart of Southampton allowed us to easily explore the town and enjoy its upscale shops and friendly atmosphere. The owner, Lisa, was incredibly helpful and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. we had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend 173 High Street to others.

The bed was incredibly comfortable and the sheets were so smooth, it felt like sleeping on a cloud. the location of the hotel was fantastic, being right in the heart of the city and within walking distance to all the main attractions. the breakfast vouchers provided were a nice touch, allowing us to start our day with a delicious meal.
There were quite a few issues during our stay. the stairs leading to the rooms were steep and difficult to navigate, especially for those with mobility issues.

Located in the mid-town shopping district, this hotel is conveniently close to everything. The beautiful beach is just a short walk away, and there are plenty of shops, restaurants, and cafes in the area. The rooms are spacious, modern, and well-furnished, with comfortable beds and luxurious linens. The bathrooms are huge, and the showers are spacious. The customer service here is exceptional, with friendly and knowledgeable staff. The hotel also offers breakfast vouchers and provides milk, cream, and water for guests.
The wifi can be slow, making it difficult to stream videos or use the smart TV effectively.
